Our 4 Highlights from #EAMC2015

By June 18, 2015 Events No Comments

It’s one thing to “Sell Tickets,” but it’s another thing entirely to “Sell MORE Tickets,”and the Event and Arena Marketing Conference is all about MORE. #EAMC2015, held June 10-13 in Los Angeles, fully exceeded our high expectations…yet again.

As an event sponsor and active participant, our team of CEO Joe Kustelski and Director of Client Marketing Amanda Severs reveled in everything that makes EAMC such an outstanding annual treat for marketers.

Here are our four takeaways from this year’s conference:

1. #ReachUpLA: Never Underestimate the Power of Storytelling

Patrick McClenahan, the President and CEO of the 2015 Special Olympics World Games, brought down the house with his organization’s story of mission, vision and values – there wasn’t a dry eye in the house! The 2015 games will take place in LA this July. To learn how you can volunteer, support an athlete or make a donation visit their website la2015.org.

2. Email Automation + Jack Daniels = An Unforgettable Breakout Session

Do less work + drive more revenue = 8 Ways to Drive ROI with Email Automation.

Thanks to everyone for attending our highly interactive sponsor breakout sessions on Saturday! And a very special thanks to the audience member who correctly answered a trivia question, resulting in our own Joe Kustelski taking a shot of Jack Daniels Fire at 10:30am!

3. Data Rules All. Period.

Etix and Rockhouse Partners joined a panel of true industry experts for ‘7 Reasons You Should Own Your Customer Data,” including Anne PaulsenKen Lesnik and  JT Tepolt.

A huge thanks to these rockstars for joining us and teaching us even MORE about the opportunities for analytics and data in our industry. Anne said it best: “We live in an amazing world of data right now.” We couldn’t agree more!
